~Take 1 big bowl of salted peanuts. If the peanuts are raw roast them with salt and keep aside.
~Blend the peanuts in a mixie and first add a tablespoon of oil. You could use regular vegetable oil or coconut oil. Clean the sides and mix again. Add more oil until the texture is nice and creamy. ~Add a handful of whole peanuts and blend slightly to get a chunky yet creamy consistency.
~Transfer to an air tight container and keep in the fridge or outside.
Spread on toast or enjoy a spoonful before a workout or after dinner because it's loaded with healthy fats and protein and is yum!
