OAT BREAKFAST  BOWL

INGREDIENTS:
1 bowl of oats

Pomegranate
Dried blueberries
1 cup yogurt
2 tbsp honey
​1 tsp vanilla essence
Chis seeds
1/2 cup whole wheat flakes
Nuts

METHOD:
- Boil the oats in water and then transfer to a bowl. Add a handful of fresh pomegranate on top. Add 8-10 dried blueberries or raisins, grapes, dried coconut or banana.
- In a small bowl mix together yogurt, honey and vanilla essence, add this mixture on top of the oats. Add the bran flakes on top.
Put the chia seeds and walnut on top of the yogurt mixture and enjoy!
