An omelette can be the perfect way to start your day. You can add any filling, which will be filling (so you don’t need toast) and you can eat it in any shape you want!
This one is a spinach omelette eaten with @siracha_chili and #frenchsmustard
~ 2 egg whites beaten until fluffy, seasoned with salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes.
~ half a cup of boiled spinach
~ cook the omelette on low flame and cover, add the spinach once the egg is cooked and get ready for the big flip!
