I've been going to Orchard since 2011 quite and I’ve felt that as their ambience has gotten better, their food quality has gone down. But then again I’ve been exposed different kinds of food over the years which kind of raised the bar. 
Their momos are good but not great however their pot sticker momos called “Kothe” are pretty good, much better than the steamed ones. I had the chicken Kothe (as I don’t like beef), which came with a very spicy sauce. The honey chili potatoes and the schezuan chicken noodles were decent. I also had the plum cake with vanilla ice cream which was good. I packed the mud pie and the lemon tart for later which were both decent.
The service is okay, the staff is friendly and the cafe is pet friendly. The dishes are also very decently priced, which makes for a decent place to have lunch or dinner with family or friends. Sadly, they don't serve alcohol but what’s alcohol got on Tibetan food and a great view!?
