TUNA AND SUSHI ROLLS



​INGREDIENTS:
~2 cucumbers
~1 can of tuna
~Walnuts
~Pomery mustard
~Salt and pepper to taste 

METHOD:
~Wash and cut the English cucumbers into 1 inch cylinders
~If you have a small cylinder to scoop a hole out of the cucumber in your kitchen the perfect, if not take a pairing knife and scoop out the seeds of the cucumber
~Use the inside seeds and fibres and mix then with the tuna. Add a spoon of  wholegrain mustard, salt and pepper or chili flakes if you want it to be a little spicy. Mix the mixture well and spoon into the cucumber tubes
~Crush walnuts on top and serve as a snack or starter!
